As the market waits to see what will happen with interest rates, we saw a fairly flat month in October. October saw a slowdown in closings compared with the previous month and pending sales nudged up only slightly.
With the recent, and anticipated interest rate cuts, industry experts expect a strong fourth quarter for Denver's housing market. October did not show a significant change.
