This search engine isn't outsourced or developed by another company.
Several times a day, we download the Denver MLS Data onto our servers. From there,
it is filtered into our software, which is designed by us, the actual REALTORS
that will help you find your home.

PLEASE NOTE: When using some of the advance search features, some of your search results may be artificially reduced. This happens for several reasons including:
Many times listing agents make mistakes and leave out or insert incorrect characteristics. For example, if you are looking for a home with a built in "barbecue", an agent may have listed it in the MLS as a "gas grill." This type of error can occur on many fields. We recommend only selecting items that you are 100% certain that you need.
Many items have broad meanings and while the general public has one understanding, the actual MLS definition may mean another thing entirely. One of the best examples of this lies in the "Architectural Style" field. Not only are many fields vague, but they have different meanings to different people.
Many items overlap and an agent will list it only in one location, and not another. For example, if a home is on a golf course, it may be listed as "Golf Course Views" under Views, "On Golf Course" under Location Features, or both.
We realize that this may cause undesirable results, but we are at the mercy of the data syndicated to us from REColorado, and in turn, they are limited by the information inputted by agents.
