. In addition, my team works almost
exclusively with first time homebuyers and have access to a large number

I have an Undergraduate in Business, a
Master’s of Business Administration (MBA),
I have earned the Graduate Real Estate Institute designation
(GRI) and I have completed the Real Estate program at

Our
team publishes a 12 page newspaper delivered to 15,500 condos
and townhomes and thousands of potential buyers every month.

My team utilizes the latest in
search engine technology allowing our site and your home to be featured
as a "Sponsored Listing" on Yahoo and Google.
Open
Houses:
Because I list more condos in Highlands Ranch
than anyone else, I have a number of condos available at any time. I use
this inventory to your advantage by holding one to two open houses a week.
These open houses showcase both the home I’m holding open, and every other
condo I have available. If a buyer shows interest in any of those homes, I
will walk them down the street while they’re interested to show them the
property.
Yard Signs
Because of the number of listings I have, my
yard/window signs generate a number of calls. When homebuyers are calling
in, they want to know how many baths or bedrooms it has, if it has a
garage, a carport or any number of features. Most of the time, the
property they call on isn’t what they want, but after a brief conversation
I can tell them about a property I have listed that does meet their needs.

addition, each of my signs contains a 1-800 number allowing
potential buyers to recieve 24 hour recorded information. Most
buyers would rather listen to a recording than speak directly
with an agent. I give them both options.

addition to direct marketing to the public, I also market direct to all of the

When you list with me, your home receives
a one year home warranty. This warranty covers your home for
one year after the purchase, giving potential
buyers added piece of mind and increasing the marketability of

In addition, this warranty covers your
home throughout the entire listing process, covering unknown
items such as heating, plumbing and other problems you may
encounter. When you're selling your home, the last thing you
want is surprises. This warranty ensures that you won't have
to pay more than the $45 deductible
