The Brian Petrelli Team Real Estate Scholarship

Who This Scholarship Is For

We are encouraging Veterans, first responders and other active community members interested in obtaining their real estate license to apply for this scholarship.

We are looking for people active in serving their community who have shown strong character, a history of hard work and a desire to succeed.

What This Scholarship Is

This scholarship will pay for a Colorado Real Estate Agent Licensing Course (tuition and books) at a licensed Colorado real estate school.

The scholarship winner can choose either an online or classroom training Package up to $1,000.

What This Scholarship Is Not

This scholarship is not a recruiting tool. In fact, our team is not a good place for new agents.

Most of our agents have over 12+ years of real estate experience and we do not have many training opportunities for new agents to learn basic skills.

While we would love the opportunity to talk with you and help you make good decisions in your real estate career, joining the Brian Petrelli Team as an agent once you complete your license education is not required, or expected.

How To Apply

In order to apply, all applicants must meet the minimum requirements for a Broker Associate as set by The Colorado Division of Real Estate.

Deadline

All applications are due by January 22nd, 2021.

We will be announcing the winner of the scholarship on Friday, January 29th, 2021.

The Fine Print:
This scholarship will be awarded to the best applicant as determined solely, and at the complete subjective discretion of, The Brian Petrelli Team.
By applying for this scholarship, you give The Brian Petrelli Team the right to use your first name in any promotional material and on any blogs, websites or other online venues.
The scholarship is for educational purposes, and there is no guarantee of success in the real estate field once you have utilized this scholarship.
