Part Time Admin Assistant 

(Want to become an agent?)

(20-25 hours per week)

Top producing realestate team seeks part time admin looking for opportunity to grow. Current team consists of 6 agents and two assistants. Immediate need for a part time admin who is looking to learn the industry and become a top prodducing real estate agent.

Required Skills:

  • Impeccable Ethics
  • Strong People Skills
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Publisher)
  • General Real Estate Knowledge
  • Desire to grow with my team and be rewarded accordingly
  • Sense of humor

Duties:

  • Answer phone calls
  • Perform follow up phone calls on showings and call clients with feedback
  • Data Entry into Top Producer
  • Mailing addressing/stamping
  • Local driving (mileage paid) to include:
    • Delivering fliers/lockboxes to properties
    • Taking digital pictures of properties
  • Schedule and coordinate open houses for other agents
  • Record 24 hour recording messages
  • Other Duties as needed

Real Estate Sales – Mentoring Program

 

The Brian Petrelli Team (www.BrianPetrelli.com), the #1 seller of Condos and Townhomes in the Metro Denver area, is seeking new/intermediate agents to join the team in our new Buyer Agent Mentoring Program.

 

This program is designed to take an agent with little to no experience, train them, support them and get them up and running as a producing agent in 90 days. This program will be open to between 2 and 4 agents.

 

The program will require the following:

1.)    A strong desire to succeed and a willingness to work hard.

2.)    Training sessions 2-4 days a week.

3.)    Daily accountability.

4.)    1 on 1 and group meetings.

5.)    A valid, active Colorado Real Estate License.

6.)    High moral and ethical standards.

7.)    Agent will be expected to take a minimum of 1 and maximum of 2 days off each week.

8.)    Eagerness to speak with clients in person and/or on the phone.

9.)    A good sense of humor.

 

Our team is firmly established in the industry and offers systems and support to help you thrive. With roughly 60 active listings at any given time, proven systems in place and 4 support team members, you will have all the tools and assistance necessary to succeed.

Must be licensed in the State ofColorado .

High Level Buyers' Agent

Required Skills:

  1. Must be ethical and customer service oriented
  2. Must be motivated and looking for an opportunity to have between 2-4 buyer side closings a month
  3. Looking for an Agent with 2+ years of full time experience
  4. Experience with Arch Telecom a HUGE plus

Duties:

  1. Handling incoming phone leads
  2. Handling incoming website leads
  3. Holding open houses
  4. Working with buyers in the South Metro area. (Our clientele are primarily first time homebuyers in the $150,000-$250,000 price range.)
  5. Weekly accountability sessions and detailed lead tracking
